A collection of Trios displaying the versatility of the trombone – from Byrd’s Renaissance Pavane with its interplay and weaving of parts through the cool Classical lines of Schubert’s Sanctus to the playful Romantic fun of Saint Saens Elephant from the Carnival of the Animals (featuring, of course,  the Bass Trombone as the elephant!

As well as useful concert items these trios will also be excellent for students to see and hear the differences betwee three very different periods of Music.
The download includes full scores plus individual parts for all the pieces including provision for tenor trombones in bass clef (concert pitch) and treble clef parts in Bb
